These are a type of eggplant - Solanum Ovigerum sometimes called the Easter Egg Plant.

I have seeds for that too JaNan...got them from Penny! Her and I have traded tons of seeds and are in the same province.

Yes, a type of eggplant. I have read that it is and isn't edible. Yes I just misted them then went and got the camera for pictures. I think the plants look so cute when they have little water droplets on them.

Sherry and Penny, did you try eating your Easter Eggplant? If so how did you prepare them? That was why I got it so I was just wondering. I have read that they are a very popular eating eggplant in Italy. (Penny, I haven't forgotten about your Marble Pepper seeds, I'm waiting for you guys to get warmer weather)

I ended up giving my seedling to a friend but it grew like a charm for me for the first couple of months. I think my friend (who begged it out of me ) enjoyed it for ornamental use only though and didn't actually eat the fruits.
