This guy is clueless. The biggest threat to Citrus from huanglongbing in California is from Curry Leaf Tree, the main host for ACP. It is grown by seed from California asian population who has no idea of the threat.
Further, this guy is focused on pruning techniques rather than killing ACP with a suitable systemic. This guy is part of the problem, not the solution.
