Re: Passiflora
I've never tasted any type of passion fruit before, only in fruit juice. The one I have is called Granadilla, that's probably the general name for Edulis? I dont know the variety, so maybe I will have to wait until it flowers

Re: Passiflora
Which ones Tony? My Edulis have 3 leaves on them but they havent grown much. The one in the picture and the one to the left are the seeds that you gave me. I threw the soil from the ones that didnt sprout in my garden so I may have random passion vines everywhere if they happen to sprout lol

Re: Passiflora
Oh, you had to remind me LOL. Both perished during winter. The maypops produced new growth and then died shortly after. When I pulled them up they didnt have roots, so I dont know how there was new growth. The Incense kept losing leaves even in front of a sunny window and my dog kept tearing it, so I moved it outside in my shed during winter and it died. I was so upset about it, but at least I have the Blue Crown and the Edulis that are doing well

Re: Passiflora
I may look for some later. the person who gave them to me got the Incense from Lowes but I havent seen them at the 2 local stores. Maybe next year they will have some. The maypops were found along a freeway in Dallas but I cant remember where.

Re: Passiflora
I also forgot to say beautiful flower. That's Incense right?

Re: Passiflora
Well since you said that, I may look for seeds instead of finding a plant. That would be less expensive and its fun growing plants from seed
