Default Poquto Musa

Can anyone tell me about The Poquito Musa ? Is it cold hearty ? Will it fruit? It started off with lots of dark spots on it leaves, and has now turned just green, Why? I have recently brought it in the house and the edges of the leaves are Bleeding water ?? does it have some kind of Mites ? I bought it at My local green house close out sale for 4 bucks, so no big loss if we do lose it.
