Default Mona Lisa flowering at 6' and should be 12'

I bought a mona lisa from excaliber fruit trees in se Florida. I have seen Mona Lisa's fruiting really tall at the local echo nursery. My plant has the reddish edges and looks like a Mona Lisa. Has anyone's else's plants flowered way to early? Cause for concern? Multiple opinions wanted.
