Default Suckers on my banana

My little Ice Cream Banana, just planted this spring, has sharp shooter bugs sucking on it. There are 6 to 12 of them at a time all along the midrib on each new leaf. What is safe to use on the plant to get rid of these bugs or should I not worry about them. I have tried spraying them off with the hose, but them just come right back. Thanks.

Would try soapy water at first to avoid pesticides, mixed is spray bottle and mist bugs good!
