Default Seedy bits

Hi I got a job lot of seeds from jungle seeds.co.uk
I soaked then planted some in a big planter non have grown
But the others I have placed In a plastic Tupperware pot with wet spaghnum moss both are placed in a boiler cupboard were its warm

I sorted through the seeds and found 2 with little white bits where the black stoppers are supposed to be (see pic)
Can anyone tell me if there growing or not
