Mine was looking very nice until late summer when my bulldog decided to rip away a quarter of the pseudo stem in pursuit of a lizard... As fall approached I made the decision to chop it down to the corm to avoid problems w/ upcoming santa ana winds. I live in NYC most of the time now so I just potted it the corm and left it. Just this year on my last visit, I separated two pups and potted them up.
Here is a pic of the original corm, you can see a third pup was forming and my size 9.5" size foot for size reference. ![]() ![]() |
