Needing info from the experts here

I'm a new member and am not sure how this page works. I live in the Far North of New Zealand; sub-tropical, no frosts, perfect for bananas. My foray into growing bananas started when I was given a small pup, unknown variety, in January of 2020. That started it - and now at last count, I have 13 of various varieties. However, I have yet to have any bananas. I've been anxiously watching the first one I planted, 3 years ago.
A week or two ago, what I think is a pre-flag leaf popped out; about half the length of the previous leaves and the top half of the rib is red. Then I noticed something strange right below it that looks like it is starting to unfurl. But today, I see there's also new leaf coming out of what I thought was a pre-flag leaf. What's happening? This is worse than waiting to find out if I'm pregnant. I've tried loading 3 photos into the gallery but I get a message that says, " This page isn’t working www . bananas. org is currently unable to handle this request".
HTTP ERROR 500

The site has had problems lately, your pics also need to be 2MB or smaller to load to your gallery. Sounds like the plant is flowering.

Thanks Iowa. The images were well below 2MB but I'll try again today.

I'm still getting the same error message though the file size is low at 616.2K.
