Bring the plant indoors...and grow it like you stole it.
Give it lots of natural daylight and a dry pot and the plant will reward you for the winter months.

If your heated tunnel has been working well so far, and is 70F plus it should be fine where it is. It is pretty small, so heat is the main ingredient.

You don't want the minimum, you want a temp warm enough to encourage growth. At 55F it is probably a goner because it is so small.

Here is a few forum links which you might find interesting.
This tunnels are in a cold zone .
My New Banana House
Mark's Banana Forest Paradise
banana sphere pit greenhouse.

Your plant will tolerate short term 35-55 degrees/2c temps inside a hoop or greenhouse with no issues only to warm back up in the daytime.
The higher average temp in the hoop the better.
Keep the plant on the dry side so roots do not rot.

Is your hoop a low or full size tunnel and are you growing anything else ?

It's around 12 ft in height and 25 foot in length and 15ft in width . so it's big.
but with my bubble wrap around the banana bed its more like 10ft in height to 20 ft in length and 10 ft in width.
so its not small

Siam ruby is a very cold sensitive banana, if your growing it in the uk, you will need heat and growlights. The colour seems to fade with lack of light, this banana also does not like moist soil with cool temperatures.
