as u can see from the pics , 2 ensete ventricosum 3 month old started to get red in the trunk. i don't understand what could be, the leaves seem to be fine.

Yeah, I agree....just normal color development. Red isn't really anything to worry about...if it were brown/squishy, then I would worry....but not for red.

I concur. Enseste Ventricosum Maurelii are supposed to be very red. ENJOY! Btw.. they get HUGE!

thanks to all!!!!!!
i was kind of worried! for what i can say ensete glaucum has not a good rate of germination , just 3 of 40 germinated and so i was really sad, eheh But anyway they don't seem to get so ![]() huge. 3 months in a growbox in perfect light and heat condition and they grew just 16 inch ( 41cm) tall, isn't really so much, is it? |
