I can certainly see your point of view.

But I wouldn't turn your head away from it absolutely, from the possibility of it being more cost efficient in future large-scale farming.

As the technology to artificially reproduce different types of mycorr becomes fine tuned in the future, and becomes part of agribusiness worldwide; the price will surely come down for farmers considerably.
