Default Help! Chances of this aeae Florida surviving

Hi,
The photos are below it’s not in good condition. It’s under heat and grow lights will it survive? It came via the post abs it had a thin stem and doesnt look to good! It had some roots and a corm. It’s in a light mix. What should I do? It came Wednesday and it hasn’t grown and some of the leaves were in bad condition so I cut them off
