Hi
Just a thread showing my banana plants and growth rates. I planted my first ones in October starting with 3 plants, having no idea what I was doing or what I was in for. I now have 7 plants, 4 different varieties and 3 pups off the 2 larger ones. 02/oct/2012 - 3 lady fingers planted, I didn't know they needed to be a certain size nor did the person I got them off. The little one although was tiny and only had a small piece of corm still grew. 24/nov/2012 - Took this pic when I first signed up to post on here. ![]() 15/jan/2013 - Blue Java is the closest one in this pic. ![]() 15/jan/2013 - The largest pup only surfaced 2 weeks before this shot, might be a water sucker but its growing fast. ![]() thanks for looking Sloot |
