![]() November 2009 ![]() May 2010. It lost all it's leaves over the winter. It was the only banana plant in that area that was harmed by the cold. It didn't even start growing until mid-April, but it's catching up quick. ![]() |

One thing i love about Ensetes is how fast they grow. When a new leaf emerges, another is half way out already.

I hae one I just planted it out, trimmed off all the leaves. it stored well in the basement over winter. I'll take a picture when it starts growing and looks like something. It's about 3.5 feet tall, trunk height.

It has been one year since the first picture in this thread was taken, so I thought i'd post an update.
