this is part of my front yard. to the right of the red canna there is a basjoo( its one of the 3 ft tall ones that wont get any taller)lol!

I've updated the map to my "garden in progress". Anything labeled Future is a construction project currently underway :D

Adobe Illustrator version 10, which was old when I started the map 7 years ago! :D

Wow! every one has really nice yards this year. My back yard jungle has gotten out of control this year between high winds snapping off stems and even breaking the tops of bamboo off and the high tempatures Things do not look as nice as in the past years new 2008 pictures uploaded to my gallery

Here's a pic of my yard.

And a closer shot. Thats a maurelli I got from Sandy and in front of it is the canna musafolia from Issac! The canna musa folia is in the front and backyards. The box was truly full Issac they're everywhere.LOL(and about to bloom!):woohoonaner:

There's Orinoco and purple ornata, and basjoo seen there too! They look closer than they actually are.

The flame trees are in flower all over the island at the moment - much later than usual because it has been so dry, and the grass is covered by red flowers. I wish my mango tree on the right would grow faster!

Hey Nate here is the Orinoco on the left. Laterita on the right! Thought I try growing musa in a pot for the summer.

Hey D&T I have hardly any grass. I have some weed-grass for the dogs in the backyard in from of their kennel.
I have a little bit in the front. It will all be gone in the front in a year or 2! I have a small yard and need all the room I can get!
