Can anyone tell me what kind of bananas these are? I also need to know anything about growing/harvesting you would be willing to share.

Thanks, I bought a home in Tampa and these bananas were growing on the property. I couldn't find anything on the net about when to harvest the them. How long does it take for them to ripen? Are there any signs that would let me know when I can start taking them off the tree to eat without cooking?
