Default My Neighbor's Dwarf Something?

She doesn't know what it is, but my first guess was a dwarf of some sort due to the small size, wide leaves (for the size), and short petioles. Any ideas? Each one is about 3 ft high, one with a pup, and other one with 2 pups.

Looks like dwarf cav,but i don't see any red splashes on the lower leaves that would definitely confirm it is dwarf cav.
