Smile The best plants available are always from members here!

I've collected quite a few plants over the past year, often paying $20 or more for something about 4" tall with a shriveled choked off top that doesn't always grow well. After being in the org. a while like everyone else I started buying/ trading etc with members and they always seem to be the best plants or corms you could hope for.
A couple of weeks ago I happened to mention in passing in one of the posts that I wouldn't mind having another Dwarf Brazilian or 2 around the yard. Without delay my friend Pete (Lagniappe) mentioned he'd send some my way for a ridiculously low price.....of course I jumped on the deal thinking my new little plants would have all winter to grow a bit and get ready for next season in the heated porch I keep my seedlings in .................Then the box came!
You could have fit a small body in there......at first it didn't register what it even was. After opening it I found two corms as big as my torso and was just dumbfounded staring at their bulk (these could be Dwarfs?) What to do?.............My mind raced............as I did right to the liquor store.........huh? Yup they were getting rid of heavy 25 gallon plastic tubs meant to hold ice around a beer keg at and end of the season price and since I decided to buy a bunch got them for about nothing. After punching a few drainage hols around the base....viola! large heavy pots.
Here's a pic of the planted corms:

What you see here is only half of the larger underground portion that each had a huge pup on the way up as well. If you cant tell by the scale of the photo each portion shown is much larger than my head and the rest of the portion rooted is a bit bigger still! I expect big things from these babies!
THANKS PETE!!!!!
