I have bought several bamboo plants from you this summer - have been a regular repeat customer and would continue to be one (because you send good healthy plants at a fair price) if you would just answer your phone or return calls. An email woud be good. God knows I have sent you enough. I am to the point that I will take any clumping timber bamboo as a substitute if you don't have the one I ordered.
