Try to enter at google pictures , fill in query : kolak pisang.
Basicly , we cook the banana ( should be only Pisang Raja ) in coconut milk , brown sugar with fragrant pandanus leaf, and we can add up attap fruits. Very sweet , but I'm afraid , you will taste it a bit too sweet & fatty. Let me know if you want to try the recipe.
