
Try to input to Google Pictures : Pisang Raja , Pisang Mas. The one we call pisang raja , the spottier they look , the more honey we get when we fry them. It's so sweet , when we make fried banana coated with rice flour & wheat flour , the outer part of the coating flour is always coated with many caramel !
