Default Re: What is blooming in your garden today (other plants)?

Sorry Jack - I've never even had it, let alone have a recipe!!!

All I know is whatever you're making, you add enough hot peppers to satisfy your personal taste. It's different for everyone. I usually add 10 little hot peppers to a pot of sauce, but for most that would be just way too hot, so it's whatever you like. Experimenting is everything when it comes to chili peppers.

Whatever you're making, just use scissors to cut little rings into the dish, or right into the pot. I even fry up hamburger, strain off the grease, then add 2-3 chilies and a couple cloves of garlic. Then I add some fresh tomatoes crushed up with my fresh grown basil, and pour it over pasta. A quick and easy, but delicious meal!

P.S. Note: 2-3 chilies in this recipe would burn the lips off most!
