I would speculate that it will eventually turn pendent....does not look like Fei to me.

It would be easier to ID with a picture of the whole plant..Rose is very slender (place something in the picture to scale the plant/bloom/fruit). I have had many Rose bananas bloom; but the squirrels eat the bloom before they ever have the chance to produce fruit.
