Oh Chong, time is of the essence, even 1 day can make the difference with such a small TCed plants.
I don't really know, but I think the bananas are worth more than they will ever refund you or admit.
Take pics now, if they haven't called yet and start potting the plants immediatelly. Soaking will not do any good for almost dead plant.
I wish they recovered, but just act. Forget the whole damn issue with the delivery company and never use them again.
