No, chong, really, sorry. Did you inspect the plants? You would be surprised. After 3 weeks my Pahari Kela recovered in 3 cases (and would maybe in more, if it was just 3 days less, one pup struggled underground but then died).
Some of the plants might still be salvagable.

I can't actually look at the plants until after today because UPS said they'd call me yesterday (they didn't) or today (still waiting). After 5:00 PM today, if they still haven't called, I'll take all the plants out and lay them out on the driveway and take photos of them, before soaking them in water overnight then potting them up in the morning.

I don't know exactly how many plants there are, but I think there are 10 or 12 plants of varying sizes. I can see a couple of small TC plantlets (~10" p-stem) and their leaves are already yellow and the stems are limp. Not a good sign. The bigger plants may still be salvageable.
