No, I was not out trying to prove a point. That was why I spent over an hour with them on the phone trying get some kind of resolution because I did not want to lose any of the plants that may have survived. And I told them that I would like to keep the plants nevertheless, but that I was expecting some kind of relief for the damage due to their negligence. Any other alternative, I would lose both the plants and the money. I can tell you, there are several very small plantlets (from TC) that may be already beyond saving. I have received greener plants, TC and pups, of slightly larger sizes than some of these that have not made it. Not that I'm not going to try to revive them.

Thanks. I planned do that. But I cannot do that right now because they said that they want to inspect it first. So, I cannot touch the package until after they do. They said that they would call to schedule an inspection today or tomorrow. As of right now, they are still lying to me because they have not called yet, and until they actually do call, they are. If they are really genuinely concerned for their alleged customer service, they'd have called me before the end of their business day. So, that means that I will have to wait another 2 or 3 days longer before I can do anything to save these plants.
