I am so sorry to hear of your hassle Chong.
It is crap when people/businesses don't conduct themselves as professionals.
I am glad you insisted they did and gave them hardship over it.
My husband says to make sure you get the check($) before you release the goods to them to destroy.
In the mean time while it takes them 2-3 weeks to do this, trade out the bananas by trimming some leaves from some bananas you already have.
Roll them up in the newspaper and try and revive those poor abused bananas.
They don't care...it (in a word) sucks.
And your equipment...are they gonna give you full replacement cost on those TC tools?
