I'm not sure that there are many publications specifically on growing container bananas;
Bioversity has some excellent publications, but they deal more with in-ground plants.
I'd say your best bet would be to subscribe to
Bananas Quarterly, which normally has articles on container growing as well as banana culture in general. (Insert shameless BQ promotion here...)
