1 yr ago I brought my IC out of bare root dormancy by just potting it up around early March. Just a LITTLE warm water to moisten & it woke up & put out a new leaf right away! Then, in May I planted in ground after it got used to direct sun. I waited a few weeks before I fert'd cuz I didn't want to shock it.
