To chime in again...years ago my next door neighbor got brglarized. We figured kids from the area. She put out signs for a reward to arrest of burglar & described what was stolen. One of his friends ( unidentified to all but police) squeeled on his buddy. She got all her stuff back & her insurance paid the reward $$$.
