Welcome to the forum! I'm also new here, just that I don't yet have any plant (just plantet seeds).
As I have understood, they should have 10-20°C in the winter, to go into sort of sleep. They do well without water, they might rot if they get much water. Don't think they need much water just before the winter. Look
