Default Caramel Bananas with Chocolate Sauce!

Super simple to make!!!

2 bananas sliced into 3 strips
1/4 cup Brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brandy

Slice the bananas and place in a bowl. Add brown sugar and coat the banana slices. Place the butter in a pan until it begins to turn golden brown over medium high heat. Add bananas and brandy and cook approximately 2-3 minutes. Place on a plate and serve warm with chocolate sauce.

Chocolate Sauce

3 tablespoons chocolate (your choice of semi-sweet, sweet, etc...)
1 tablespoon cream

Heat the cream hot enough to melt the chocolate. Stir until smooth

Super easy and tasty!!! Add this over vanilla ice cream and wow!!!!
