On the second thought I think low temperature plays an important role why the leaves are abnormal and have partial brown spots and maybe nutrient deficiency and maybe bugs play a part but overall all of my bananas recover when the temperature gets higher at night. Now all of those abnormalities are disappearing and being replaced by normal healthy leaves. On some of them, you can't even tell anymore what they have been through.
I guess we are just overly concern because they look ugly and sick.
They are tough bunch.
