The plant is obviously not mature yet, whatever variety it is, so it would be unwise to base it's identification on current size. You need to look at other features (that some members have mentioned), such as the width of the pseudostem relative to it's height, the width of it's leaves and the spacing between petioles. To me, it does not look like 'Little Prince' and if someone told me it was a 'Super Dwarf Cavendish', I would believe them.
