It is Musa splendida, or perhaps one of the other very closely related species like M. exotica, M. lutea, M. paracoccinea...(which are still being worked out, plus there are a few undescribed ones). But M. splendida is as good a name as any, and since it's not fully mature you couldn't (or at least I can't) tell really well if it was one of the other ones anyways.
