This is what I have used with no issues.
Due to my growing zone I grow for foliage and size and if I get a flower it is a bonus.

General granular fertilizers I use for growth and size.

General purpose Triple 10 through 19 all work well and there are some forum members that use this for their bananas in the growth stage.

I do use generic water soluble fertilizers like Miracle grow(24-8-16) also.

These two fertilizers are to be used with caution and understanding that plant death will occur is misused.
46-0-0 urea for color enhancement and size.
21-0-0 ammonium sulfate for color enhancement and size.

All above fertilizers work very well for landscape plantings and general lawns feeding also.

Fellas on the forum frequently use a 16-8-24 (or close)ratio for fruiting bananas.

There are also some good threads about fertilizer use and what brands and ratios to use for fruiting bananas on the forum.
