Default It's happening!

I'm no bananologist, but this looks like a bloom to me

What do I do now? Is this going to need support? I also want to have a banana part to celebrate, but I need to time it just right. Anyone know how long before I may have ripe bananas?

I'm in San Diego and the temps for the next week are averaging 64 high, 46 lows
