Default Katuk & Moringa

Hard to believe but I do grow plants other than bananas!

I visited ECHO farms here in FL recently and picked up a bunch of edible plants (Moringa, Katuk, Cranberry Hibiscus, Okinawa spinach, etc). Looking for different tastes / textures for my salads, etc.

Any suggestions on growing the Katuk? Its pretty small right now... I'm sure the Moringa will do fine regardless, but I like the taste of Katuk better. I've got enriched South FL soil and tried to find some afternoon shade for it.

I haven't found any recommendations on best way and/or how often to harvest Katuk. Wondering if someone grows it and their experience. And if you do Moringa, what is best height to prune to experience good harvest.

Thanks!
