Its definitely a hybrid of some sort, there are many out there with many different names, none of which are necessarily correct or more right than others. Some people may call the one you show something like ʻRoyal Purpleʻ or ʻRoyal Pinkʻ. The name M. ornata ʻBronzeʻ is normally associated with M. laterita, which the plant you show is not. If growing from seed, the offspring will likely be different from the plant it was collected from, but some of them turn out to be really cool plants.
