I have decided to buy T5 fluorescent lamps 4ft x 8 lamps this winter and see how they do on my bananas especially on the AAA varieties, the T5 lamps will give me 460w with 40000 lumens on each lamp. I would like good growth over the winter months. I was very disappointed with the red and blue 100w led spotlights last winter.
