Default Northwest Hurricane pounding California 2/23/2008-2/24/2008

Am not sure where to place this news:

This weather pattern would normally flatten out banana plantations. This is the second hurricane like pattern to hit us this winter. Will be assessing the damage on Monday.

Chris Hind stated that the technical definition for this anomaly is extra-tropical cyclone.
