Hey, thanks. I use a mix of 1/3 peat 1/3 composted manure 1/3 horticulture perlite. A tad bit extra perlite toward the bottom half of the pot and a tad bit extra composted manuer toward the top of the soil. I keep away from any type of woody mulch on top.
I thought I would see a green leaf faster than the 3 weeks it took. Sand mixes are faster, so i hear, but that's not what I'm going for.
