Default Re: Banana Varieties

I'm still workin' thru the old posts, and this was a good string. Even here in central Florida I got caught by some late frosts this year, so your experience with cold weather is a help. Will a Kru or Iholene corm survive a freeze? All I had this time were some super tough Orinocos, but I'm about to put out TC plants of Thousand Fingers, Kru, Red Iholene, Dwarf Brazilian, High Color Mini Cavendish, and Pitogo. Anyone know what sizes I should expect by next December? What needs to come in at say, 35 F?
