Awesome..I love it (this coming from a guy who went to French Polynesia...and a few other places...Belize, Panama, St. Croix, Oahu, The Big Island, Maui, Kauai, etc., on banana expeditions)!!

I harvest Hua Moa over a cycle as well. Only question I have is, sometimes the Hua has a big fat seed stem in the middle....what causes this? Too long on the plant? I gave a Hua to a friend and he thought the seed stem was a worm.
