Size really doesn't matter when it comes to coons. I trapped a baby that was frequenting my chicken coop. Set the trap after 2 full sized roos (5 to 7 lbs) were killed. They were at least twice that bugger's weight. He won their match because he had teeth and claws while they only had beaks and spurs. Buzzards enjoyed chewing on what was caught in the trap. Life goes on....
