It's fairly common, most people just want to believe the name it came with is the correct name and they look for the descriptors that match. Don't waste your time searching for the descriptors that are a common match for many or most cultivars (6.3.12 - leaf color – GREEN), instead look for descriptors that set it apart (6.4.15 - male bud shape). The real FHIA-01 is very easy to identify by the male bud and for what it's worth the plants I've grown have all been about 8' to 9' tall.
