Pretty much everything!
We had a very mild winter and are about 3 weeks ahead of where we should be. The crocuses are long finished but tulips and daffodils are everywhere. My arctic kiwis are developing blossoms and both the peach and pear trees are already blossoming. Even my dragon's claw arum is about 6" above ground (on it way to an eventual height of well over 4ft)
