I don't have a truck, trailer or a bobcat and they are pretty expensive to rent for a few minutes. I have thought if I had a way to get it a few streets over to my house and just plant it myself. But if a builder looked around for it an saw it planted, then checked up he would see no HOA paperwork approved.

Do you have a "Home Depot" close by?
They rent out trucks or pick-up trucks. You do not have to buy merchandise from them to do so.
Last time I checked, it was $19 for 90 minutes ( unlimited mileage).
