How long did it take to flower from seed?

I got a 1gal pink guava (grafted I hope) from lowes earlier this year that pushing new growth but to small to flower (I think)

I also have a (grafted Lara farms) ruby supreme in the ground, she flowered last year and gave me about 10 guavas ..this year she bloomed flowered and set fruit but they all dropped.
